Sort of similar to WhichDateWorks but on a more granular level using time. I think this can do the same but less polished in look and feel. For time-based meetings though, you could use your calendar software's availability checker but then again, not everyone uses compatible software. The advantage to these is that it helps push a prompt to the recipient to respond.

Useful little tool for planning events and meeting. Sends out an email with a selection of dates for people to choose from and then gives you the best date possible. A handy tool for anyone who's had to call tens of people (e.g. junk trips) or simple get-togethers, and try and co-ordinate everyone's best time. No time functionality yet though.
