Well, when I give my better half free reign to choose the film for the evening’s entertainment, I shouldn’t be surprised when I end up at probably the heaviest movies I’ve seen for a while. We went and saw Blindness which while slow and annoying at times¹, was actually very interesting. At least it got you thinking about deeper issues and talking about them. So I guess it was quite a compelling film.

If you are planning to watch it, be warned that there are some quite disturbing scenes. It deserves a review which I’m sure I’ll get around to this weekend at some point.
