Today, I tendered my resignation to my company. In some ways it was a relief to me to be able to do that and with the opportunity I am faced with, it really wasn’t in dispute. Having said that, there was a tinge of regret associated with pressing the send button, informing my colleagues and realizing that unacceptable is actually more familiar.

It is important to move forward rather than look back. I think learned that along the way somewhere. Time and ambition have both grown the company and me along with it. I want more. I need a challenge I can wrestle and defeat. A real one. I want a place where my experiences counts for something and leads me to excel.

I am crossing the fence and into the greener pastures. Whinge a chorus from the former side of the fence on how I could do better and life has thrown it back to me now, saying “prove it”.

One day it might be clear but now I run with the big boys so my public persona might have to be blur to the world in so many more ways.
