It looks like my problem is fixed. Although still, without an explanation as to what went wrong, I am hesitant to use the service. Also I hate being one of those bloggers that identifies a problem, has it fixed for themselves and then offers naught but "my problem's solved" for the rest of us. Tried the reset and clear cache like you have done. No luck. Did you create any universes? I wonder if it is something to do with settings ie. background and top images used from flickr.
