June 3, 2004 WW2 = Iraq?
Apparently, ol’ Sparky has decided to compare the situation in Iraq with World War 2. Something about the fight for freedom being all similar and all. Bush is an idiot. It’s nothing like Europe during that conflict. Partly because half of the region isn’t conquered by foreign forces. Oh wait, he might be right. Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait are all run by the US which probably is a good percentage of the region. And given that Bush’s grand-daddy was a Nazi supporter, I guess it’s even more accurate than we would like to believe. For once, Bush got something right.
What he didn’t get right is trying to exploit WW2 for his own personal political career. Someone do the world a favour and knock off that monkey of a president.
