Wow, actually been busy these days. Suggest you try living each day as if you haven’t got tomorrow. Well, don’t. Because it can make you super paranoid but it certainly gets your ass into gear and try and do things properly. Spent most of Monday trying to sort out a backlog of paperwork. Fascinating huh? Well, I want to know how the hell these companies get away with sending me so much crap. Oh yeah, helps to pay the bills on time…

Monday had a good ending to it. A friend called me out for a drink late at about 2300. Fancied a drink. In Causeway Bay. Not a big thing, but considering at that point in time I was still without an ATM card and no cash. My other cards were no use so ended up borrowing money from a friend (again!). Anyway, the girl in question bought drinks and we finished off a bottle of wine together. She wanted to down the last two glasses so pretty much zonked out when I got home eventually. A nice karaoke place in Henry House it was.

I did feel bad about asking to borrow money from my friend, and when I only asked for a couple of hundred she gave graciously gave me 500. I got a potted flower for her and went by to drop it off, but turns out it was her day off. Incidentally, the flower stall underneath the escalator on Wellington Street has a good selection of flowers and the woman there seemed to take extra care to make sure that the flowers looked presentable once you’ve bought them (a two minute purchase turned into a 10 minute purchase, even with other customers waiting on).

Right off to bed…drilling commences again at 9 am. Joy.

Oh, watched the American Idol episode with Camile Velasco in it and she was voted No. 1 in her group. Poor girl, I can believe she cried on stage!!!!! Bless her.
