Terry Waite, who was held for 5 years in captivity at the hands of terrorists in Lebanon, has returned back to the city (story here).

This, from a man who no-one can fault for not want returning to the place of his ordeal, is an example of bravery and how psychologically, I imagine, how you psychologically don’t let them beat you. As I say, you only let people do to you what you let ‘em.
