According to Littlejohn in The Sun, RyanAir is cutting down on costs:

RYANAIR is stripping its planes to the bare metal to keep costs down.

Out go reclining seats, headrests, seat pockets and window blinds.

Airline boss Michael O’Leary also wants to encourage passengers to travel with just hand luggage.

I hate to travel without flight attendants.
