January 9, 2004 Harbour Saved
Apparently, the Court of Final Appeals has ruled in favour of the Friends of the Harbour/Society for the Protection of the Harbour. I haven’t read all the details yet but if you are interested all the info can be found on their website at Friends of the Harbour.
Which I guess means that there will be more to do since the cause continues. I’m thrilled.
