I hate the Harbour
I hate the harbour. This pissing website’s one helluva nightmare. In fact, I wish I had the chance to have a nightmare. I haven’t slept yet. Long term pay off in terms of portfolio wears a little thin at 0630 in the morning. I’m pretty much done for the English part. Just need to touch up a few graphics and get the Forum up and running…well, put some categories on there so people can bitch about the stupid harbour. Yes, if any of you media vultures are out there looking to rub dirt on the campaign and use my words against me, go ahead. Get a life though first.
Discovered I can’t input Chinese text straight into Dreamweaver. That’s a real bitch, so tomorrow I have to figure out how to do that. But at least there is some form to the website. Some scripts aren’t going to be put in since they are quite complicated to do and would require more time. People want magic thingies that are quite pointless sometimes. Building only a few websites so far, and I’m fast realizing that the whole web building process is an underappreciated task by the greater populus.
Shit, gotta get into work real early to ask for another days leave I think. Well, the upside is that the designer that’s working with me is offering me some paid freelance work. Although the deadline is Friday, so I’ll think I’ll have to turn him down. This Harbour website has pretty much drained me right now.
