Just got back from my mate Glenn’s birthday. T’was a surprise birthday his wife organized for him. I always try my best to go to birthday’s since it’s one day that someone really does get to feel special. I like people to come to my birthdays and it’s just, well, the right thing to do. But, I know many of you who know me out there will be muttering “well, why don’t you call or send a friggin card when it’s my birthday…”. Yeah, I know… I will try my best to remember. It’s always better if there is a party to help remind me!

Well, I drank more than I should since I wanted to finish my new Loop website. More than likely, I’ll be off to bed after this post.

Anyway, back to the birthday… my colleague and friend Josie wants me to help her learn better English. Hmmm, not too sure that’s a good idea ’cause she’ll just learn all the bad phrases and stuff from me. But I guess that I can help her out. She promised to help me with Cantonese which is cool…then I can start chatting up more Cantonese girls! I reckon I should give her the link to my blog. She can start learning there. Right Josie?

Strange thing when I got back to my computer this evening. My IE browser was up and running. I’m reasonably sure I locked my computer before I went out. It’s probably some adware or spyware that creeped in. Anyway, will purge my system out tomorrow and change all my passwords.

My friend Ora’s got a new blog up online and she’s kindly linked to mine up there. So I”m busy trying to get a reciprocal link up there but Dreamweaver’s FTP is playing up now. Wonder if it has anything to do IE being up? Anyway, take a look at her blog (she’s a Singaporean in HK…and yes, boys, she’s taken and it’s one my good friends too, so back off!!!). I’ve been chatting a lot recently to a girl called Carman in Australia. She had a lot of free time on her hands since she was studying for her finals (and still managed to find the time to translate the theme from Turn Left, Turn Right for me!). Her last exam was Wednesday and either she’s not been online lately or I’ve missed her. Anyway, it’s strange but I do miss talking to her online. Oh well, there’s always email!

Right, I’m not building any more websites tonight. I’m off to bed as I’ve got to get cracking on the Friends of the Harbour site tomorrow and I’ve got dinner plans.
