November 15, 2003 Matrix Revulsions
Last night I went to see Matrix Revulsions. I’ve written a review about the film in the Reviews section. As I’m thinking that most of you will go and see the film anyway, regardless of positive or negative reviews since it is the third in a trilogy, all I will say is that the film was a disappointment. Most of the people I saw it with thought the same. The action in the film was okay but the biggest let down was the story and the dialogue. The former being too simple and the latter being farically cliched. Not one I’m out to buy on DVD.

Yep, this film was crap. But I don’t agree that it was worse than the second one. I remember sitting through reloaded with a growing sense of rage that they had dared to make such a pile of pretentious garbage as a sequel, and that I had paid to see it. In revolutions I was just numb. It stirred no emotions other than a faint sense of comedy that I had yet again lined someones elses pocket to see a film I knew would be terrible. I’m not sure who’s more stupid – them for making a mockery of matrix 1, or us for continuing to pay them…
